NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SHARE CAPITAL

Travagliato (Brescia), 05/20/2021 – Antares Vision SpA (“Antares Vision” or the “Company”) informs of the new composition of its share capital (fully subscribed and paid up) following the subscription of the capital increase with exclusion of the preferential subscription right approved by the board of directors on May 3, 2021, in execution of the powers conferred by the general meeting of February 22, 2021 (for more information, refer to the press releases of February 22, 2021 and May 4, 2021).

Please note that the declaration of execution of the capital increase in accordance with article 2444 of the Italian Civil Code has been filed today for registration in the Brescia Companies Register.

In order to reflect the new composition of the Company’s share capital, the updated articles of association of Antares Vision have been filed today in the Brescia Companies Register and will be made available to the public on the Company’s website www .antaresvision.com, section “Investors – Governance – Corporate Documents”, as well as on the authorized storage mechanism 1INFO Storage.

As a result of the above, the new composition of share capital is as follows. Please note that the table below takes into account, in the column “Previous share capital”, the change in share capital following the conversion of 10,000 BSA into 1,660 ordinary shares (with a consequent change in share capital of 3, € 98), already communicated to the market on May 4, 2021.

Antares Vision also informs that to date, 3,064,359 warrants are still in circulation.
