Aon strengthens M&A, a transactional solutions group with 3 directors

Re / insurance broker Aon has announced the arrival of Christophe Bonneville, Cristina Chaparro and Joyce Koch to its tax insurance team, which is part of the firm’s M&A and Transactional Solutions group.

Based in Paris, Bonneville joins as Director of PWC France where he was Director of Financial Services Taxation.

Previously, he was Tax Director for GE Capital in Western Europe and was a practicing tax lawyer.

Chaparro, based in Madrid, joins as Director of PWC Spain where she was Senior Manager in the M&A tax group.

She is described as bringing a solid background in tax advice, restructurings, transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions and carve outs.

Amsterdam-based Koch joins Aon as Director of Deloitte, where she worked as an international corporate tax professional in tax advice, restructurings, refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, carve outs and IPOs.
